There is a "real possibility" that Ghana may have to revise its 2016 budget due to lower-than-expected global oil prices.
Finance Minister Seth Terkper gave the hint at a news conference in Accra yesterday.
Ghana produces about 100,000 barrels of oil per day and based its budget on a projected average figure of $53 per barrel of Brent crude, he said.
That is well above the $33.53 figure traded on Monday.
