Ghana’s leading property developers, GoldKey Building Prestige, has launched the sale of new luxury apartments and townhouses in Accra.
The houses according to the Mrs. Cynthia Acquaye, executive director of GoldKey are located in three prime areas of Accra, thus, Airport, Cantonment and Roman Ridge.
She however said that. “GoldKey is committed to sustained activities in the residential and commercial real estate market. The company has the resource capacity and management ability to consistently provide a premium service within the Ghanaian urban landscape”
The properties are built to high-spec international standard by a team of renowned architects from Ghana and Italy.

Speaking at the launch, the founder and group executive chairman of GoldKey, Mr. Kwaku Bediako noted that the new apartments which are now on sale have been named, “Cantonment City, The Laurels, Pinnacle Place and Meadow view”.
He stressed that; the Cantonment City will be a mixed-use development, thus. “It will offer corporate entities the additional benefits of a branded corporate city where companies will have the opportunity to lease blocks of office buildings which will be developed and branded to their specification”
