Vodafone Ghana has said that this year’s VGMA is going to be exciting with the new twists the company is bringing to the event.

Uche Ofodile, Chief Marketing Officer of Vodafone Ghana mentioned that this year marks the 3rd time in a roll the company was sponsoring the event and her outfit was committed to living up to expectations each year, with innovative and exciting ideas.

Uche said that the Red Room which the company introduced to the VGMA has become very popular and Vodafone was going to make the Red Room experience even better this year.

The CMO stated that this year Vodafone was going to give some of its Vodafone Red customers a VIP treatment of their life time and was also going to stream live the event and the activities in the famous ‘Red Room’

As part of the VIP treatment for its Vodafone Red customers, the Telecoms Company will chauffeur some lucky customers to the event and give them the opportunity to spend quality time with the award winners and nominees in the Red Room as well as enjoy some live musical performances.

Uche also hinted that a strong team of online managers will be available to give live updates from the Red Room on twitter, face book and instagram and the event will be streamed live on their YouTube page.

Vodafone Ghana has also introduced a ‘Treasure Hunt’ for tickets to the event on Saturday. Tickets to this year’s VGMA will be hidden all around some selected University campuses to give those who will find these hidden tickets the opportunity to have a feel of the biggest music event in the country.
