Top Nigerian News Editors have paid a courtesy call on Kasapreko Company Limited (KCL) to familiarize with the operations of the multi-million dollar beverage manufacturing company.
The essence of the tour which took place Tuesday December 9, 2014 was to enable the Editors to have first-hand knowledge on the company’s operations and quality control processes in the production of its authentic products.
The Nigerian market is key to KCL’s operations in Africa’s largest economy have contributed to the company’s portfolio since entering the market in 2011.
The Group Chairman of KCL Dr Kwabena Adjei used the opportunity to thank the Editors for their role in positioning Alomo as an authentic brand in the market hence the success growth of the company in Nigeria.
“We want to thank you [Editors] and all the Nigerian media for the support over the years since we entered the market,” Dr Adjei told the Editors.
He said the success or otherwise of these local companies depended on the reports churned out of the media, he expressed his satisfaction to the positive reportage so far the media has given to local industries.

Dr. Adjei indicated that Kasapreko is making great strides in Nigeria adding “Alomo Bitters has won the hearts of many Nigerians.”
The Editors were taken through all the factory processes and were told of new projects the company is embarking on in terms of expansion.
The Editors were from major media houses in Nigeria including ThisDay, BusinessDay, The Vanguard, The Guardian, Daily Sun and The Nation.
Kasapreko started in Ghana 1989 and extended its footprints to Nigeria in 2011. The company was established in response to the growing demand for good-quality African-inspired alcoholic drinks that were affordable to the average consumer.
The company has an installed new state-of-the-art plant which has two bottling lines. The plant, with the highest machine speed, can produce 30,000 bottles an hour while another can produce 40,000 bottles an hour.
