As the year comes to an end, mangers of Lakeside Estates, have taken time out to do a retrospect and forge ahead as they prepare to usher their workers and business into 2015.
The Managing Director of the Company, Noble Prince-Joseph MK Ayiku in an address to his workers during an end of year party at the Lakeside Marina Park, announced that despite the challenges that Ghana�s economy went through, the company stood the test of time and was able to build and sell seventy eight (78) houses.
And as 2015 approaches, the company plans on building ninety one (91) new houses.
However out the 78 houses that were built in 2014, 45 of them according to Noble Ayiku were completed before sold to customers; and the remaining 33, were handed over to the new owners at a completion stage.
Lakeside Estates further gave back to the society by building a Police Station to promote serene living and added an additional 250 KV A transformer for its new site.
This warm gesture was followed up with the completion of the Marina fence wall and a commencement of a project on banking and a shopping plaza to make life easier for settlers.
As part of measures to serve both middle and upper class earners in society, the Managing Director of the Company, Noble Prince-Joseph MK Ayiku hinted that they would consider building one and two bedroom houses. However, much focus in his view would be placed on building three and four bedroom houses in the coming year.

He seized the moment to also call workers of Lakeside to develop passion for what they do. Quoting from Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, Noble Prince-Joseph MK Ayiku stated that �nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion�.
He noted that for any worker to be great there is a need for that fellow to be passionate about their respective work.
On that note, Amadu Dauda was rewarded for being the best administrator; Nicholas Salvage received the award for the best site worker and Gyenti Sekyi picked up the award for the best security.
Samuel Searyoh, Ababio Emmanuel and Hamdaway were also rewarded for their long years of service to the company.
