The Royal Bank has celebrated customer service week throughout its branches in the country. The international customer service week is meant to celebrate loyal customers whose patronage and unwavering support has contributed to the successes of the Bank as one of the most promising and regarded financial institutions in Ghana.
The weeklong programme slated from 3rd – 7th October, was observed with activities across all 24 branches of TRB in the country. Customers were delighted with improved customer service as some senior managers of the bank went round branches to serve and meet some loyal customers.
Last year TRB was adjudged as Best Bank, Customer Service. However TRB was runner-up in the 2016 Ghana Banking Awards, underscoring the bank’s conviction that, Customer service is one of its key performance indicators and will not rest until it reaches the very top of delivering excellent customer service.
The Customer Service Week is an international event devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and honouring the people who have contributed immensely towards excellent service delivery. It is celebrated annually worldwide during the first full week of October.
