Invest In Africa, a cross-sector partnership of companies with the vision to create thriving African economies, has been adjudged the "Best Company in Business Promotion and Consultancy" at the 5th Association of Industry Awards held in Accra on 5th November, 2016.
Under the theme, “Growing local industry to exports development and job creation,” the ceremony was also geared towards raising awareness, and building and promoting strong Ghanaian business brands.
Invest In Africa was, thus, presented with the award "based on its partnership with companies from different sectors, working together to generate greater growth, trade and investment."
The award citation continued, "You effectively identify and tackle challenges of doing business in Africa, delivering more impactful and cost efficient solutions.
Invest In Africa operates the African Partner Pool initiative and the Business Linkage Programme, both of which aim to bring business solutions to partner companies."
Commenting on the award, Mr Sam Brandful, Country Manager of Invest In Africa, said, "We are deeply honoured that our efforts have been recognised by the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI), and we will strive to create jobs and improve the business environment for both investors and local SMEs.
