The Guest Experience Masters Awards (GEM Awards 2018) strives to be an excellent representation of the niche international hospitality industry in Ghana and Africa at large.
The premier edition of the prestigious GEM (Guest Experience Masters) Awards Dinner & Ceremony is to be held on Friday, 9th November 2018 at the Labadi Beach Hotel.
The award’s event aims to give Guests or Clients the opportunity to rate and recognize services rendered to them.
It was designed to celebrate excellence and innovation, highlighting the people and places shaping our hospitality landscape and focusing especially on food service, restaurants, spas, lounges, hotels and serviced apartments.
GEM Awards aims to pave way for the development of the hospitality industry by challenging the status quo and drawing attention to the need for improvement in Customer Service Excellence as well as position Ghana as a destination.
The ‘GEMs’ will be awarded uniquely based on feedback from verified online reviews (by guests), direct booker feedback, an expert panel & peer nominations.
This will be a testament to the fact that our guests are the judges that really matter!
