A three-month corporate campaign launched by Jobberman Ghana to help mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on Ghanaian businesses has been hailed as impactful by many businesses that benefited from it.

Among other things, the campaign dubbed #UnityInAdversity offered businesses the opportunity to list their vacant job roles for free and to enjoy subsidized offers on a range of Human Resource (HR) services.

Touching on the highlights of the campaign and impacts on the operations of businesses in the country, Kwaku Agbesi, the Managing Director of Jobberman Ghana says “Our decision to launch the #UnityInAdversity campaign was to help businesses cope with the shocks in the economy as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and to support them to continue to recruit and run efficiently.”

“Based on our assessment of the impact of this campaign, we are highly impressed with the huge number of businesses that took advantage of the campaign to continue to list jobs and hire personnel, thus maintaining an uninterrupted flow in their recruitments.”

The Business Operations Manager, Lab Ghana International, Elvis Cubby Awiagah, who took advantage of the #UnityInAdversity campaign to list free jobs and take advantage of the reduced charges on two of Jobberman’s premium services says “This offer from Jobberman has been very beneficial to my company as it has helped us streamline a number of our HR practices and made some savings on the recruitment.” “The service has been very helpful and we have decided on two candidates who will start working from next month” he adds.

Jobberman Ghana continues to help businesses and individuals in their recruitment, training and professional needs and the HR portal looks poised to offer Ghanaian businesses top-class HR services to help them restructure their HR operations amidst the unexpected fallouts of the coronavirus pandemic. Due to the overwhelmingly positive responses to the free listings, Jobberman Ghana will continue to provide free listing services till the end of Q3.
