Chief John Addo Kufuor, son of President Kufuor, purchased the 7-storey, multi-million dollar, ultra-modern, uncompleted Hotel situated adjacent to the private residence of his father. The greater majority of Ghanaians are convinced that the Hotel actually was bought by President Kufuor, using his son as a front man.
