Encounter Moment Series With Felice Garr: How Ungodly Soul Ties Are Formed

I believe there are other ways which soul ties are formed, but here are a few for purpose of discussion.

Sexual relations:

When a person has pre-marital sexual relations with another person, an ungodly soul tie is then formed. This can go a long way to fight future progress and relationship or marriage.

1 Corinthians 6:16-20 (NKJV)

16 Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.”

This soul tie fragments the soul, and is destructive. People who have promiscuous past tend to have difficulty in their future relationships. It is as though an ungodly spirit fights them.

Close relationships:
King David and Jonathan had a good soul tie as a result of a good friendship

(1 Samuel 18:1, "And it came to pass, when he had made an end of speaking unto Saul, that the soul of Jonathan was knit with the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul."),

Bad soul ties can also form from bad relationships.

Music:
You can form soul-ties through the music. The kinds of music you listen to minister to your spirit and affects it positively or negatively. This explains the strong pull towards certain genres of music in our world today.

Vows, commitments and agreements:
Vows are known to bind the soul

Numbers 30:2-5 (NKJV)
2 If a man makes a vow to the Lord, or swears an oath to bind himself by some agreement, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.

Ephesians 5:31 (NKJV)
31 “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.”

Proverbs 17:20 (NKJV)
20 He who has a deceitful heart finds no good,
And he who has a perverse tongue falls into evil.
Thus, one cannot overlook the effects of vows or commitments as means to forming soul ties.

Gift for love, rings, jewelries, letters, flowers, clothing, etc: These are things given ones we love and care about. This is why even after five or ten years of marriage people still keep these items to remember their old or past loves. Keeping such things or memories can result in conflict and disrupt present relationships and marriage.

Bestiality
Is a word describing sex between a human and an animal. There are few things stranger or more repulsive than bestiality. Who in his right sense will love to be having sex with animals, if its not spiritual manipulation, what else will it be? And this can result in soul ties.

Masturbation:
This is self sexual stimulation for one's own pleasure sexual organs for sexual arousal or sexual pleasure which is wrong. This can be binding and dangerous. What is supposed to be shared between two people becomes a selfish act for one person.

I have heard people say they can't stop this act. One thing we must understand here is that sex is meant for husband and wife. Anything out of that context is a sin. These acts create platforms for ungodly spirits to enslave and oppress people.
