The Computerised School and Placement System (CSSPS) Secretariat has placed an additional 79,418 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates into senior high schools (SHSs) and technical institutes (TIs).
This brings the total number of candidates placed so far to 408,834.
Two weeks ago, the CSSSPS Secretariat placed 329,416 out of a total of 440,112 candidates.
Heads of SHSs and TIs declared a total of 464,997 vacancies in their institutions.
The outgoing National Coordinator of the CSSPS, Mr George Atta-Boateng, told the Daily Graphic that the placed candidates could start printing their placement forms/admission letters from today from the Internet on www.myjhsresults.net.
“Once that was done they could take the printed admission forms to the schools they have been admitted to for their prospectus, and other related requirements,“ he said.
The students can buy the Ministry of Education or Ghana Education Service (GES) Scratch card at any ADB Bank, the post offices, Apex Bank, UniBank and the State Insurance Company (SIC).
“The third placement for candidates who have not been placed will commence on Friday, October 23, and released by the end of the month,” he said, and gave the assurance that all candidates would be placed.
