Kwamena Duncan, former Central Regional Minister, has reprimanded the National Democratic Congress (NDC) on their position on the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia's free SHS policy.
The free SHS policy which has been into force since the inception of the current administration has provided students with equal opportunity into the secondary and technical institutions.
Kwamena Duncan slammed the National Democratic Congress saying they have always been opposed to free SHS, hence questions "what good can they do for the policy?".
His comment comes on the heels of arguments regarding a supposed free SHS bill.
Kwamena Duncan concludes the NDC's behaviour towards the policy "tells you clearly that they have no love for the free Senior High School policy. They don't have any heart for it; they don't!"
