Chairman of the Ashanti Regional NPP Disciplinary Committee, Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo has congratulated the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), Prof. Dr Otchere Addai-Mensah.
 
“Let me take this opportunity to remind you that, your new position is indeed a herculean task; because it has been made even more difficult with the global Covid-19 pandemic which did not only disrupt the very foundations of human life but also disrupted the healthcare delivery ecosystem.
 
“I, therefore, believe that your elevation to this high office is not by accident, but a masterstroke response to the changing dynamics of the healthcare environment. Needless to also mention, it is a reward for your years of dedication, commitment and passion toward the promotion of quality health care delivery.” He said in a statement

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you, Prof. Dr Otchere Addai-Mensah, on your appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH). It is no mean a feat to catch the eye of the first gentleman of the land for such a noble appointment.
 
Having worked with you on the Disciplinary Committee of the New Patriotic Party in the Ashanti Region, I can vouch for your character, fantastic work ethic and extraordinary diligence, and for that matter, has no doubt in your ability to excel in your new position.
 
Your rich professional experience also proves that you are more than capable to steer the affairs of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. The President of Ghana has undoubtedly made an excellent choice, and we are grateful to him.
