The Public Procurement Authority has completed amendments to the
Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 633) which seeks to remove
operational inefficiencies in the Act.
At a short ceremony to present the Draft Amendment to the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning in Accra, the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority, Samuel Sallas-Mensah, said the revision of Act 633 is part of government efforts to address public finance management and supervision of public expenditure.
