A Lecturer at the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy, Dr Ken Ahorsu has asked the TUC to go back to the negotiating table and dialogue with the PURC for the way forward.
He said taking entrenched positions will not help resolve their concerns.
According to him Ghana is a democratic country where divergent views are allowed.
Dr Ahorsu said former socialist country like Russia provided subsidy for electricity and water which later collapsed the economy.
