The Deputy Western regional Minister Hon. Gifty Eugenia Kusi has advised the public to be mindful of people who are using her name to dupe people on facebook on the pretext of giving them jobs.
Speaking in an interview with Peace FM, Hon Gifty Eugenia Kusi said she has never asked anyone on Facebook to give her money in return for job offers as the fraudsters are claiming.
"The fraudsters demand between Ghc 500.00 to Ghc 1000.00 in my name, promising to find jobs for the victims at COCOBOD and Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC)," Hon Gifty Eugenia Kusi stated .
The Deputy Minister and former Member of Parliament for Tarkwa-Nsuaem advised people who will be contacted for similar reasons to be alert and report the fraudsters to the nearest Police station.
