The Minister of Special Development Initiatives, Mavis Hawa Koomson on Friday responded to police invitation in relation to the disturbances that occurred at a voter registration centre in Kasoa and the firing of a firearm.
Hawa Koomson who is also the Member of Parliament for the Awutu Senya East Constituency reported to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Police in the Central Region in the company of her lawyer, Graphic Online gathered.
Last Monday [July 20, 2020], there was a misunderstanding at the Step to Christ polling station at Kasoa and it resulted in Hawa Koomson firing what she said was a warning shot after she felt her life was in danger.
