Ten out of the 11 persons who were arrested for allegedly recruiting unsuspecting people under the pretext of enlisting them into the National Security network and other security agencies were put before the Accra Circuit Court yesterday.
They were granted bail in the sum of GH¢5,000 each with one surety to be a civil servant.
One of the suspects is currently on the run and the police said they had mounted a manhunt for him.
They were also to report at the Accra Regional Police Command on Wednesday morning.
The case was adjourned to December 22, 2015.
