Mr. Charles Owusu, an ardent member of the Progressive People’s Party, believes there are several factors accounting for the tragic incident taking Ghanaians by storm.
According to him, there is a tendency for people to quickly condemn others who have committed suicide because the story behind the act might sound ridiculous to them.
But he advised on ATV’s Asem Yi Di Ka show that since all humans are not the same when it comes to controlling troubles we face every day, we shouldn’t be quick to condemn suicide victims when we hear their stories.
“There is the spiritual and physical side to the suicide story. If it hasn’t happened to someone close to you, you might think it is nonsensical matter”, he said.

What about Mental Health?? Hmmm?? What's this sudden attribution to spirituality for these? Even our being here is spiritual and everyone knows this. However, this is definitely Mental Health and we should be examining this critically. Ah what is this ?
The number of suicides is under-reported. There was one next door to me about two months ago and it did not appear anywhere in the media! So also did I hear last week of a driver from or in Somanya who had taken his life over an accident he ha caused!!
I know where you are heading to. It is the Nigeria spiritual Frog victory connection.
