Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, has cautioned Ghanaians against the NPP promise of free SHS and hostels for head porters.
He said reality check has caught up with the NPP and are therefore backtracking.
Vice President Amissah-Arthur said the free hostels for head porters being touted by the NPP and its presidential candidate, Nana Akufo Addo will not be free after all.
He said Nana Addos running mate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia at the debate made it emphatically clear that hostels for head porters as being promised by the NPP will not be free.
He therefore supported President Mahamas view that head porters do not need hostels but skills and resources to enable them to earn decent livelihood.
