Peacefmonline.com can authoritatively confirm that certified copies of the Presidential Election Petition judgement are finally out.
Though the court handed down its verdict last Thursday and directed the parties involved in the case to pick up the details of the judgement at the registry, there was "no-show".
But the judgement has now been made available to the parties after five days of waiting.
Peacefmonline sources at the Registry says Lawyer Egbert Faibille picked up copies on behalf of the petitioners.
The written judgement contains reasons why the nine-member Supreme Court panel dismissed the petition filed by Nana Akufo-Addo, Dr Mahamadu Bawumia and Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey challenging the results of the 2012 elections and the declaration of John Mahama as President by the Electoral Commission.
