The ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) Campaign Coordinator for the 2016 general elections, Kofi Adams, has said Ghanaians will soon regret for failing to re-elect President John Mahama on December 7 to continue a second term of office.
According to him, Ghanaians have done themselves a great disservice by changing the Mahama-led NDC administration, a decision he described as the biggest mistake by the citizenry, as the government had performed exceedingly well in just four years of being in power.
The NDC painfully and unxpectedly lost the 2016 elections both Presidential and Parliamentary, which the party was so confident on winning due to the massive infrastructural development seen during President Mahama’s reign.
However the three-time Flagbearer of the largest opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Akufo Addo was declared winner of the general elections after he polled 5,716, 026 votes to beat the incumbent President John Dramani Mahama who garnered 4,713,277 votes out of the 10,615,361 valid votes cast.
The results were votes from 271 out of 275 constituencies as declared by the Electoral Commission Chairperson, Charlotte Osei.
Speaking on Asempa FM Monday, Kofi Adams who’s also the National Organizer of the NDC stated that Ghanaians will soon miss President Mahama for what he did for the country.
“Ghanaians will soon realize what it is that they have lost in President Mahama. The biggest mistake Ghanaians made was not to have re-elected President Mahama to continue for another term in office. Only God knows why things went the way they did. We left everything to him to decide who would emerge victorious during the elections, but all I’m saying is that Ghanaians will remember President Mahama for the greater good that he ensured in Ghana. Just as we remember Jesus Christ for the good He did on earth, so shall we never forget President Mahama for what he’s done for Ghana.”

Ghanaians will regret your modda!
u are very ***barred word***
Kofi Adams, learn to be humble and stop being arrogant even in defeat. Ghana does not belong to your ***barred word*** government.
Could you ***barred word*** and disappear! Se nsuo toe na yeannte a, adeekeyee nso no, y'anhunu anaa! Se yebesi woso a, anka yehyee wo ma!
Ndc is no longer in power. No matter how many times you post your tribally bigotrous messages under every article on every website, they won't be able to pay you from my taxpayer money anymore. I suggest you and Jonathan Lagos (probably the same persons) pack bag and baggage, lick it woulda and move to The Gambia . And please, never return to this beautiful country called Ghana, cause change has arrived!
These people keep insulting the intelligence of Ghanaians and don't seem to get the message. Ghanaians will never regret using their constitutional power to decide who leads the nation. It is only those who are entrusted with such power and trust but turn to abuse them through insults, disrespect and corruption who will eventually regret. Your government has become a good case study! NO, we will never regret for kicking you and your NDC ***barred word*** out!
Thank God we don't need to see your ***barred word*** face for the next four years.
