In a rare show of political harmony, Foreign Affairs Minister Shirley Ayorkor Botchway has held a send-off party for her predecessor Hannah Tetteh, on February 1.
The party comes at a time when there is suspicion between the leaders of the two biggest political parties which has seen accusations and counter accusations being leveled at each other. At a time when supporters of the governing party are seizing state properties, attacking public offices and officers, as well as their opponents, the send-off party will send a strong signal that politics is also about the unity of purpose, friendliness.

POLITICAL MATURITY!
EI MAHAMA PAA!!! SO EBI THIS HEAVY LOAD EGO DEY TOP? EI SO ENO DEY FEAR? H3!!!
Maturity. I wish all of us will emulate this beautiful example in our body politic. Thanks Hon Ayorkor Botchway. The Nation Ghana is for all of us whether NPP, NDC, CPP, PPP or other.. Ghana is seen as a matured country outside and in international cycles if we put our act together, do less talk and work, the Country will see the rapid turn around, we are setting up a good oil and gas infrastructure soon,we will be able to pump gas to Tema. I pray the new govt continues where the former left off. We give praise where it is due and we also scold where necessary. I was so happy to note it was the former President who recommended the new FPSO to be named after former President Kuffour. Ghana will work when we all put our hands to work
How beautiful
