Seven persons are injured following warning shots that were fired at Bawleshie electoral area in the ongoing Ayawaso West Wuogon bye-election.
Peace FM's correspondent, Akwasi Agyeman who paid a visit to the Legon Hospital reported that he saw seven members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) being treated by doctors.
One of them who is in a critical condition and has been transferred to the 37 military hospital.
Bede Ziedeng, acting Director of Elections of the NDC who was at the hospital confirmed to our reporter, that the seven were members of the NDC.
Doctors however said no death has been recorded yet.
Additional report gathered by Akwasi Agyeman indicates that the seven were NDC observers of the bye-election.
