He was giving his views on the controversial e-levy during a panel discussion on UTV's Adekye Nsroma morning show.
The E-levy is a new tax measure introduced by the government in its 2022 Budget.
When this controversial levy is passed, a charge of 1.75% will apply to electronic transactions that are more than GH¢100 on a daily basis.
