The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has invited Alan Kyerematen to join the party.
This follows his withdrawal from the ruling New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) presidential election, scheduled for November 4.
Owusu Banahene, a member of the Communication team of the NDC speaking to Nana Yaw Kesseh on Peace FM's The Platform programme said Alan Kyerematen "has committed a political suicide; if he wants to contest again in the future, no one will follow him"
"He should come and join the NDC to save Ghanaians from the economic difficulty," he added.

Hahahaaaa, tell Dr Kwabena Duffour to also join the NPP to save Ghana from the economic difficulties the country is facing because he also pulled out of the NDC's presidential primaries siting similar reasons . It will be better for Allan to resign from active politics than joining NDC. Banahene is simply telling the NDC to fear him because he can easily run to the NPP if he's dissatisfied with the NDC. I don't think Allan is that loose to heed to you suggesting. At his age he definitely knows what he's about. The man has been an ambassador, a minister in the Kufuor regime and a minister in the current government for 6 years. What again?
