The BET Experience in LA for the Best International Act- Africa category hosted Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari and Singer Fally Ipupa from D.R Congo on Saturday June 28, saw three performances by nominees in that category including Ghanas own Sarkodie, Nigerias Tiwa Savage and Mafikizolo from South Africa.
Ghanas BET winner and this years BET nominee-Sarkodie mounted the stage to thrill patrons with some of his recent hit songs. Sarkodie got patrons excited as he performed his hit track-Illuminati among others.
Even though Sarkodie, who won the same award in 2012, lost the Best International Act- Africa to Nigerias Davido he gave a good impression of himself and sold Ghanaian music on the international platform.
