Okyeame Kwame's much anticipated live music concert, OK Stripped has seen the light of the day as patrons were treated to the best performances.
At its third edition and now becoming a sustained annual occurrence on our entertainment calendar, "OK Stripped" has again lived up to the huge expectation and attention given it.
An initiative of musician Okyeame Kwame to raise funds for his popular health charity project has now become what people will draw exciting entertainment from.
Of the many high points of this epic show, what has got patrons talking is the magnitude of energy and vigour with which OK performed one song after the other. Making frequent appearances after other acts who were also billed, Okyeame kept at a crescendo the excitement that dominated the show, getting the crowd with him from finish to end.
The 5 hour show which took place at +233 Jazz Bar and Grill which brought together other performers including Kwabena Kwabena, MzVee, Abochi, Adina, KOD, Kidi, Foster Romanus, Wiyaala and many others saw live renditions with the Patch Bay Band and was topped with poetry, comedy and interview sessions.
OK Stripped show deserves commendation for its success and massive patronage coupled with the A-Game put up by the various artistes. The Versatile rapper, Okyeame Kwame will be winning more hearts for his unending display of talent and creativity.
The event was powered by Firm Bridges Communications, sponsored by Text Ghana. The OK Foundation has mentioned that proceeds will fund the Hepatitis B campaign targeted at West Africa this year.
