Peacefmonline.com started it all and we are going to follow it to the very end, when Africa decides who deserves the $300,000 cash prize. With less than 48 hours to the start of the Big Brother StarGame on AfricaMagic Entertainment and DStv channel 198, the game has well and truly begun.
On Thursday May 3 2012 producer of the reality show released 7 images and names as celebrity housemates, out of the total of 36 housemates representing 14 African countries. The seven names include Ghanaian Comedian DKB which confirms Peacefmonline.com's revelation that he was going into the house as a celebrity in the seventh season of Africa’s biggest reality TV show.
The six other celebrity housemates are Prezzo (Kenya), Lady May (Namibia), Goldie (Nigeria), Barbz (South Africa), Mampi (Zambia), and Roki (Zimbabwe) and the remaining 29 housemates for this year’s show will be revealed on Sunday when the show formally rolls.
There will be two houses Upville and Downville in this year’s show.
Peacefmonline.com still insists that singer and rapper Eazzy and her model boyfriend Keita are going to be revealed as the double housemates for Ghana.
With a new format that sees contestants doubling up to play, the 91 day super-series is already shaping up to be an exciting entertainment show, but this latest twist could take the game to an entirely different level. Big Brother believes each of them is a dynamic go-getter with headlines to prove their fame, if these seven personalities are not already continentally famous, then in a few days, they definitely will be!
For now, the names and ages of the celebrities is all that Big Brother has revealed. How they will play the game or fit into the doubles theme, still remains to be seen. One thing’s for sure…they are certainly going to bring a star-studded appeal to StarGame!
