As part of activities to mark its first anniversary, Rackus Production on Thursday donated building materials to the Share Foundation, a Christian non-governmental organization based in Tema.
Presenting the items, the Communications Manager of Rackus Production, Mr. Gabriel Boateng, indicated that the donation was towards the library project being undertaken by the Share Foundation.
“The donation forms part of our Corporate Social Investment geared towards the enhancement of education as well as contributing to the human capital development of the nation as a whole.
“Having recognized the initiatives of the Share Foundation and its impact on the students within Tema and its environs, we decided to support the foundation”.
Head of Share Foundation, Ms. Lily Akua Mintah, expressed her appreciation to the management of Rackus Production and appealed to other corporate bodies to come to their aid.
Established in December in 2012, Rackus Production is a 360 degrees media management and production company with the vision of contributing meaningfully to the development of the Ghanaian arts and entertainment industry.
They organize the annual Reggae and Dancehall awards scheme, Bass Awards.
