Farouk Aliu Mahama, Son of Late Former Vice President Alhaji Aliu Mahama is expected to tie the knot with his longtime sweetheart, Ayisha Abdalai on April 6.
The traditional marriage ceremony is expected to be graced by National Chief Imam, Sheikh Nuhu Sharubutu, members of the council of Muslim chiefs, traditional leaders from the Northern Region, Business Tycoons and associates of the late Vice President Aliu Mahama, Ministers, parliamentarians, and the crème-de-la crème.
Ayisha is a graduate from Islamic University College. Farouk works with Cocoa Marketing Company a subsidiary of Ghana Cocoa Board.
A glamorous wedding reception will be held on Saturday April 5 at the Banquet Hall of the State House which is expected to be attended by around 500 guests including former President, John Agyekum Kuffour, Nana Akuffo Addo, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, politicians from other political parties, Parliamentarians as well as some Nigerian Senators.
Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh and Nigerian actor John Okafor aka Mr. Ibu are expected to lead the entertainment at the wedding reception.
Ghanaian hip-hop/hiplife group, R2Bees will also entertain the guests with thrilling performances.
