MUSIGA President, Bice Osei Kuffour known widely as Obour is in campaign mode and was on Happy FM to share his manisfesto with delegates.
Enumerating some his achievements as President of Ghana’s musicians’ union, Obour said the MG saloon car R2Bees received after winning artist of the year at the 2013 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards cost the union thousands of Dollars.
“When I became the music president, we added one angle to the Ghana Music Awards and that was superb. Last two years we gave a car to R2Bees, that car was worth 25,000 US Dollars. If you calculate it today it’s over 750 million, but today that money is close to 1 billion old Ghana Cedis.”
The excited duo of Mugeez and Paedae were presented with their car at a short ceremony at the Spintex Road showroom of Fairlop Ltd, distributors of MG Motors in Ghana.
