Actress Lydia Forson has advised Ghanaian voters to be vigilant so that they are not deceived by politicians as the country prepares for its 2020 general elections.
According to her, politicians during electioneering period display all manner of characters to electorates just to hoodwink them into believing that they (politicians) are humble and care about them (the electorates), but just to win votes.
In a tweet, the actress urged Ghanaian voters to rather ask politicians tough questions when they come to them to campaign.
“2020 is just around the corner and they’ve started. They’re going to come round and pound your fufu, give you rice and oil, braid your hair and clean your ass after to you shit- all for your “humble” vote. STAY WOKE and ask them the tough uncomfortable questions", she wrote on her twitter handle.
