Ghana’s Second Lady, Samira Bawumia, has joined former US President, Bill Clinton; CEO of (UNICEF) USA, Caryl Stern; CEO of the CleanCooking Alliance, Dymphna van der Lans, at the “Next 50 Chefs for the Future of Disaster Relief and Climate Resiliency” event, hosted by the World Central Kitchen, in New York.
World Central Kitchen, founded by Chef José Andrés, a Clean cooking Champion is a not-for-profit organization made up of chefs and kitchens devoted to providing free meals to victims and evacuees of disasters across the world.
The event celebrates the work of Chef José, the World Central Kitchen as well chefs and kitchens who contribute to making the world a better place for all.
