Early Ofori-Attah returned a net score of 70 to win the first Broll Ghana Limited Invitational Golf Championship played at the Celebrity Golf Course at Sakumono, near Tema on Saturday.
Ofori-Atta who played 42 Back and 42 Front with a Handicap of 14, beat a field of 100 amateur golfers to clinch his first victory this year.
M.K. Osei took the second position with 71 net while Gyima Kwakye placed third with a net score of 72.
In the Group B segment, Jonas Molapo came first with 69 net, while S.S. Nahesh placed second with 67 net beating Ernest Kumi on count-back.
Joy Arkutu won the Ladies encounter with 71 net, Esi Cobbina took the second position with 73 net while Betty Richards placed third with 74 net.
Mr Kofi Ampong, Chief Executive Officer of Broll Ghana Limited, an Estate management company, said the company would do everything possible to assist the promotion of the game in the country.
Mr Ampong was assisted by Mr Jonathan Broll, Chairman of Broll South Africa Limited to award prizes to the winners.
