Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club have announced the reconstitution of its new Board of Directors to govern the affairs of the Club.
This follows the dissolution of the old Board of Directors at an emergency meeting held on December 8, 2011. A statement signed Emmanuel Martey Commodore-Mensah, outgoing Board Chairman copied to GNA Sports said the Club is taking steps to reconstitute and outdoor the new Board “in the next couple of days.”
It said a resolution passed at the meeting said that it is “only fair that interests of the new investors be reflected in the reconstituted Board'.
It would be recalled that Hearts of Oak floated shares few months ago as a way of generating funds for the smooth running of the Club.
