Black Stars midfielder has stepped up his come back to full fitness after featuring for AC Milan"s Junior side, as they they recorded an emphatic 5-0 away win to Modena on Saturday.
The Ghanaian lasted the entire period of the game for the Rossoneri youth side and helped set up the second goal.
It was an all-round positive game for the Milan midfielder who put in a powerful performance both in attack and in defense.
The latest development will also come as good news to Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah, as he readies to name his final squad for the 2013 Africa Cup Of Nations in South Africa.
According to AC Milan, Muntari is expected to return to full fitness in three weeks time. It will be recalled that Muntari sustained a knee injury whiles on holidays in Ghana in June.
