Herve Renard says it will be a great pleasure to return to Ghana next week- and win.
Renard heads back to Ghana for his first visit in a competitive match as coach when Zambia face the Black Stars on September 6 in a 2014 FIFA World Cup Group D qualifier in Kumasi.
The Frenchman was part of ex-Ghana coach Claude Leroy's bench from 2007 to 2008 before taking up the Zambia job that same year.
"It's a big pleasure but my big pleasure will be to beat them," Renard said.
Renard's record against Ghana current stands at two wins and a loss and Zambia has so far won their last two meetings against the Black Stars.
The Black Stars currently lead Group D on 12 points heading into their final deciding match against Zambia who are just one point behind them heading into Fridays big showdown in Kumasi.
