Akosombo Sparks Football Club won this year�s Eastern Regional Top Four Second Division Middle League when they held Amanase Tete-Atimpong Football Club to a goalless draw in their final match played at the Koforidua Sports Stadium.
Sparks F/C have therefore maintained its position on top of the League with seven points and five goals while Tete-Atimpong took the second position with seven points and five goals.
In the other qualifying match, Kukurantumi Sporting Hikari beat Koforidua Youth 4-2 to take the third place.
Sparks F/C have therefore qualified to represent the Eastern Region in the National Division One League.
