Black Satellites will face South Africa at the last 16 stage of the FIFA U-20 World Cup underway in Egypt at the Ismailia Stadium on Tuesday, October 6.
Ghana topped Group D on seven points to stay at Ismailia and set up a date with the Southern Africans who advance to the stage as a lucky third placed team in Group F.
The Satellites are favoured ahead of the tie against the South Africans whom they beat 4-3 during the African Youth Championship in Rwanda earlier in the year.
A win will take Ghana to the quarter finals of the competition, which an African country is yet to win.
The Satellites are making an appearance at the tourney tagged as the biggest after the World Cup after an eight-year nervy absence and considered among the favourites to win.
