Guus Hiddink's prospects of joining Juventus have increased after being allowed to leave his post as Russia coach, according to sports.life.ru.
Hiddink has reportedly been given permission by the Russian authorities to coach a club team, like he did with Chelsea last year.
Russian sports minister Vitaly Mutko said, "Hiddink can coach a club side. In the case of Chelsea, there were particular rapports with Roman Abramovich and we accepted, but I don't think things will change in this case."
As things stand, there have been no confirmed reports claiming a deal with Juventus has been reached, but Goal.com Italia imply there could be talks taking place with Hiddink.
They claim Jean-Claude Blanc is meeting with Roberto Bettega this evening to discuss matters going forwards.
Juventus have not confirmed any reports with Alessio Secco avoiding questions earlier on Monday.
