Ghana defender Jonathan Mensah has arrived in France to undergo medical with newly-promoted Evian Thonon Gaillard, MTNFootball can reveal.
Italian side Udinese have agreed terms with Evian over the transfer of the enterprising 20-year-old centre-back.
He will sign for the club within the next 24 hours if he passes the medical.
The former Ashanti Gold centre-back admitted he would favour a move away from the Stadio Friuli where he was supposed to make his debut season in the Serie A next season.
Evian TG FC last week signed Ghana youth international midfielder Rabiu Mohammed on a five-year-deal from Udinese last month.
