Ghanaian youngster Abdul Majeed Waris was sublime and scored a goal in BK Hackens 5-1 win over Kaerjeng on Thursday night in the Europe League qualifiers.
The 19-year-old graduate of the Right to Dream Academy doubled the scoring in the 42nd minute after Renďż˝ Makondele had snatched the opener from the spot.
Liberia international Dioh Williams made it 3-1 in favour of Hacken after Daniel Cruz had halved the deficit for the side from Luxembourg.
Makondele then scored twice to wrap up a 6-2 aggregate win and a place in the third qualifying round.
Waris who joined Hacken in 2009 won the man-of-the-match award.
He was widely tipped to succeed after scoring an incredible eight goals in pre-season that year but had to remain on the sidelines after sustaining a nagging injury.
