Sulley Muntari has warned his AC Milan team-mates not to underrate Lecce when they two sides meet in the Serie A on Sunday.
The league leaders host the struggling side at the San Siro on Sunday in a match the Milan side are expected to win.
A victory for AC Milan will keep them at the top of the table with close rivals Juventus just two points behind the leaders.
With Lecce in the relegation zone, Muntari says underrating them even though they are struggling could be disastrous.
“Against Lecce? We shouldn’t take anything for granted,” Muntari said.
“We’re a good team, we’re in the lead and we can’t give any encouragement to our adversaries.
“Scoring? If the chance is there I’ll go for it. Then, the most important thing is to be useful to the team.
“If I score great, but even if I don’t this team have champions who know how.”
