This was confirmed after meeting between GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi and George Andah, Chief Operating Officer of the telecommunications company last week.
The bulk of the payment will cover commitments to clubs while the rest of the fees will be used to pay referees and other administrative costs involved in the running the league.
"The latest payment from Glo is very timely for our clubs and we thank Glo that they have continued their support for the clubs," Nyantakyi said at the meeting.
