NO wonder Jack Wilshere looks so glum as he sports Arsenal’s new away kit. The midfielder was looking forward to his comeback after missing the whole of last season with an ankle injury.
But after clocking the Gunners’ new strip, Wilshere clearly thinks someone has purple rained on his parade.
One Arsenal fan said: “I thought the new purple Liverpool kit was bad but this is shocking.
“I won’t be buying it, that’s for sure.”
The kit is available to pre-order from today and will be launched on August 9
