Hearts of Oak CEO Fred Crenstil has rubbished reports that the club have sacked midfielder Laryea Kingston.
The Daily Guide newspaper reported that the former Black Stars winger has angered Hearts coach C.K. Akunnor by failing to turn up for pre-season training and consequently has been placed on the transfer list.
But the Hearts boss denied any such development in response to Sports.com.gh enquiries on the subject matter.
"It's not true, I don't know anything about that. Laryea is our player, he has a contract with us and is an important part of our plan for the 2012/13 league season. Take it from me, we've not transfer-listed him," Mr. Crentsil said flatly.
Hearts are currently pitching camp in Sekondi ahead of the September 16 start of the GHALCA Top 4 and the 2012/13 league season.
Laryea rejoined the club at the halfway stage of last season after stints in Europe.
