Vojvodina are keen to re-engage ex-Ghana star Stephen Appiah on a permanent basis.
The 31-year-old enjoyed a terrific four months spell with the Serbian giants where he helped them clinch Europa League play-offs last season.
The former Juventus and Fenerbache enforcer is a free agent and looking for new employers.
But officials of Vojvodina have not hidden their desire of re-signing the affable ex-Black Stars skipper on a long-term deal.
I know Appiah is still on our cards, it has been difficult getting him to play for us again because of his huge status, Vojvodina manager Zlatomir Zargocic said
I hope a deal will be struck soon because he is an important player who can greatly help our quest for trophies.
