Hearts of Oak have defended the decision to cut down the number of their technical team members from 22 to 11.
The capital-based have embarked on a reshuffle exercise to cut down the members of the technical bench in a move to cut down cost.
Head coach David Duncan wants to work with a smaller number so they can full focus on making a significant impact in the top-flight.
“We have agreed to cut down the members of the technical team,” PRO Muheed Saed said
“We have as many as 19 people who are on the payroll as well as three others who are being paid on humanitarian grounds.
“But we believe the number is on a high side and so we will cut it.”
Hearts are in the transfer-market looking for players to augment their squad in the transfer-window.
